The ASTM b381 grade 5 flanges can range from ½ inches to 60 inches in nominal bore sizes depending on the standards. The standards can be B16.5, B16.47 and others. The UNS N56400 Pipe Flange can come in different pressure classes as well. The pressure classes range from 150 to 2500 and PN6 through PN64. The Class 150 Titanium Grade 5 Flanges are the lowest pressure grade while the high pressure flanges are also available. The Titanium grade 5 Orifice Flange ANSI b16.5 is a special type of flange with an orifice on it which is used in special applications. There are other types such as the DIN 3.7165 Slip-on Flange which is used with seamless pipes to make the connection location precise. There are welded flanges such as the ASTM b381 grade f5 weld neck flange which has a welded neck onto it.
